Right to cancel
If this does not suit you and you wish to exercise your right to cancel by requesting a return within 14 days of receipt of your package and provided that the item is still in its original closed packaging and in perfect condition. The return delivery costs and the choice of carrier remain your responsibility.
Quality guarantee
If your item reaches you in poor condition, contact us to report it and proceed with the return/refund. Return costs are your responsibility. Returned products are not subject to exchange but are checked by our logistics department upon receipt in the warehouse. Products must be new and in their original packaging. If they meet the pre-refund criteria, the refund will be made.
Refund
Refunds are made within 10 to 14 days after receipt of the returned products. Only the amount of the returned product(s) are reimbursed.
